Top 5 Personal Finance Apps on Android in Norway, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, several personal finance apps have shown varied performance trends on the Android platform in Norway. According to data from Sensor Tower, these applications have seen fluctuations in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Optius.app: Budget & Money maintained a moderate download rate with weekly downloads peaking at 419 in early August before declining steadily to just 10 by the end of September.

Spenderlog experienced a gradual increase in downloads mid-quarter, reaching a high of 321 downloads in the week of August 18. However, this number fell to zero by the last week of September.

Smartspar saw a consistent rise in downloads throughout the quarter, culminating in 122 downloads in the week of September 22 before slightly dropping to 104 by the month’s end.

Subscription Manager had a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from 11 and climbing to 132 by September 15, before tapering off to 62 by the end of the quarter.

Splitwise demonstrated steady revenue growth, peaking at $279 in mid-August. Downloads fluctuated slightly, maintaining an average of around 70 per week. The app also witnessed a significant increase in active users, rising from 578 at the beginning of the quarter to 1,047 by the end.
